چکیده

Functional and nutraceutical foods provide an alternative way to improve immune function aid in the management of various diseases. Traditionally, many medicinal products have been derived from natural compounds with healing properties. With development research into nutraceuticals, it is becoming apparent that beneficial properties these are at least partly due presence polyphenols. There evidence dietary polyphenols can influence dendritic cells, immunomodulatory effect on macrophages, increase proliferation B T cells suppress Type 1 helper (Th1), Th2, Th17 Th9 cells. Polyphenols reduce inflammation by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines inflammatory bowel disease inducing Treg intestine, inhibition tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-?) induction apoptosis, decreasing DNA damage. a potential role prevention/treatment auto-immune diseases like type diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis multiple sclerosis regulating signaling pathways, limiting demyelination. In addition, cause effects against allergic reaction autoimmune cell downregulation (interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-1, interferon-? (IFN-?)).
